~*WELCOME*~ Who We Are

First of all, if you’re reading this, thank you. You’re already a fan, or at the least, you’ve chosen to take notice of us.

Kanme Studios is a cooperative creative studio of five recent grads, out of the Washington, D.C area:
Yam, our creator; Nemo, our editor; Chuu, our artist; Katztz, our graphic editor & marketing lead; and Uso, our chief graphic designer.

Creating these narratives our readers take joy from is truly what keeps us going; we still work for free, with all money received directly funding our comics, not our lives. We get together after work 1-2 times a week, some weekends, and brainstorm over pupusas and hot tea at Nemo’s house! ^-^

If you enjoy our comic and would like a shout-out to your work and social media profiles, send us some fan art! We post all fanart under that heading fully crediting the artist in whichever way you specify.

Events we will be at will be posted in advance under the “blog” header, so do come visit us at cons, meetups, talks, etc. Interacting with our actual readers is what makes this job real!
