Hey, what’s Kanme reading? Wednesday 06/25/2025 I want to thank everyone for their patience. I lost my elderly cat of 13 years Oliver last week. The grieving process started before he actually passed, knowing it was coming was very difficult and it was like a black curtain had descended and my mind only wanted to function on a basic living-breathing level. It was difficult to focus on anything creative or enjoyable because I was missing my Ollie. I will have comics to review today, but I have kept it to two just because I am still getting my equilibrium back, again hard to focus. So I was only able to review two comics this week. Everyone on my Pride comic list will still get their comics reviewed, no worries, just Pride is extended! Team Diamant, an imprint of Kanme Studios is proud to announce the addition of two new members to our comic team. Colorist Monroe Furgason, will assist Jordan Diamant on several of your favorite titles like Melting Pot Riot. Monroe is a multimedia artist creating in Utah. She is always trying her hand at new mediums and art forms: if she isn’t home with clay or Apple Pencil in hand she might be out looking for pretty rocks to polish or create jewelry from. Monroe is also an avid fiction reader and lover of graphic novels and is excited to be branching out into comic work.
